Do you want to create engaging and high-quality content? We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who can bring creativity and expertise to our projects, focusing on both long-form and short-form content for YouTube. If you are into movies and series and have a passion for the digital landscape this might be the right position for you.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive Experience with YouTube. You have a deep understanding of YouTube and its various formats, particularly long-form content.
- Creative Contribution. Actively contribute to the development of video formats and the production process from a YouTube expertise perspective.
- Editing Skills. Proficient in editing both long-form 16:9 YouTube videos and short-form 9:16 YouTube Shorts/TikTok clips.
- Engaging Content Creation. Ability to discern what makes content engaging and drives watch time, especially for long-form social content.
- High-Quality Standards. Maintain high-quality standards with neat, clean, and professional work.
- Independent and Self-Motivated. Self-responsible and experienced video editor who can work independently, contributing creatively without needing tight briefings or daily creative direction.
- Creative Problem Solver. Efficient and able to find creative solutions to editing challenges.
- Pop Culture Savvy. Interest in films, series, and staying up-to-date with pop culture and social media trends.
- Language Skills. Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Passion for Digital Trends. Enthusiastic about evolving trends in social media and digital content creation.
