Market Manager

**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:
- Willst du Teil unseres Teufelberger Fiber Rope Teams, in dem Innovation auf Tradition in der Welt der Faserseile trifft, werden? - Du bist für das gesamtheitliche Market Management verantwortlich: vom Aufspüren von Markttrends, Ableiten geeigneter Marketingstrategien bis hin zur Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Du definierst Marktanforderungen für neue Produkte und deren Einführung in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Sales und der R&D und bist anschließend für die Etablierung dieser Neuheiten am Markt verantwortlich
- Du erstellst Budgets und Forecasts für dir zugewiesene Märkte und du pflegst unser CRM
- Du nimmst Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden (B2B Bereich) entgegen und kümmerst dich um die Bearbeitung
**So überzeugst du uns**:
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Account
- oder Market-Management mit und hast Erfahrung in der Vertragserstellung und -verhandlung
- Du bist jemand der analytisches Denken mitbringt und der in der Lage ist, detaillierte Marktanalysen durchzuführen und Trends abzuleiten
- Du kannst auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche deiner Kund*innen eingehen, langfristige Beziehungen aufbauen und bist ein proaktiver Lösungsfinder
- Du bist abenteuerlustig, flexibel und bereit, neue Fertigkeiten wie das Klettern in Bäumen oder den Umgang mit Seilen zu erlernen, zudem hast du keine Höhenangst
- Du bist gerne international unterwegs (ca. 40% Reisetätigkeit), gerne bei Kund*innen und auf (Fach-)Messen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch
- sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse und du kommunizierst gerne aktiv
