- Technisches Projektmanagement

**Ihre Aufgaben...**:

- Produkt-und Lösungsgestaltung im Bereich der Elektromobilität
- Leitung von Projekt
- und Produktentwicklungen von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung
- Erreichung der definierten Projektziele unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, terminlicher, wirtschaftlicher und fertigungstechnischer Anforderungen
- Teilnahme am interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteam
- Planung und Koordination der dafür benötigten Ressourcen
- Umsetzung der Ideen im Rahmen der Produktentwicklungen mittels agiler Methoden

**Unsere Anforderungen...**:

- einschlägige technische Ausbildung (Uni, FH, HTL) z.B. im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau,
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von mechatronischen Projekten
- Leadership-Kompetenz
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Erfahrung im Einsatz agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) wünschenswert
- Begeisterung für die Produktentwicklung und die Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen
- Freude an der Kommunikation
