**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Analyze customer behavior and make decisions based on existing policies;
- Analysis of customers in the event of suspicious behavior that violates the terms of use, or compromises the safety of customers;
- Analysis of cases of fraud in competitions and eSports;
- Recognize high-risk situations such as child abuse, terrorism, smuggling,

suicide threats, possible school shootings, etc;
- Please note that both good German and English are required for this position oral and written form is a prerequisite.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **German**:

- minimum B2 level in English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process**
