**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Abwicklung von Personalagenden (Zeitwirtschaft, Monatsjournale, Abwesenheiten, On-/Offboarding, Schulungen )
- Effizientes Officemanagement (Termine, Korrespondenz, Reporting...)
- Auftragsabwicklung inklusive Rechnungskontrolle
- Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung und Betreuung unserer Objekte und Liegenschaften
- Ansprechperson für die KollegInnen der Abteilung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Schnittstellenfunktion für Fremdfirmen
- Administrative Unterstützung des Head of Real Estate
- IT-Key User Tätigkeiten
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Bestandsdaten

**Ihr Hintergrund**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, o.ä.) und mehrjährige Erfahrung in kaufm. oder organisatorischen Berufen
- Serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an abteilungs-übergreifender Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
