**Amarla** is one of the largest boutique retailers operating in Europe and the Middle East. We are a team of over 150 associates operating in over 100 locations, having founded 8 subsidiaries with presence in 11 different countries so far, and existence in both Travel Retail and Local Market Retail Segments. **Main Responsibilities**
- Drive sales based on specific store targets & according to the Company’s operating manual
- Support a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
- Display general product knowledge of all product categories & expert product knowledge in assigned category, if specialized
- Know and use all corporate processes and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to complete non-selling responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Understand and adhere to brand standards
- Replenish merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant store
- Provide feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
- Act as a shadow partner to new team members, as requested
- Understand and demonstrate our corporate values
- Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
- Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement etc. as directed
- Recover merchandise on the sales floor to standard using the magazine pages
- Replenish merchandise to Brand standard
- Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room

**Working hours**
- Part Time 20 hours per week, **available on Saturday**
