Wir sind eine 2013 gegründete Firma, die den Segelbereich fast vollkommen abdeckt. Mit dem Head-Office in Wien und 8 weiteren Standorten in Wien, Burgenland und Niederösterreich breiten wir uns in Österreich stetig aus. Seit unserer Gründung wächst unser Team stetig, wobei wir die Bezeichnung "Crew" bevorzugen.

**Zur Verstärkung suchen wir ab Juni eine/n Stand Up Paddel und Kayak Instructor (m/w/d) bei boats2sail, Wien - Österreich (ab 8h/Woche)**

Als Stand Up Paddel und Kayak Instructor (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres großartigen Team in unserem SUP und Kayak
- Center. Du greifst nicht nur dem ganzen Team unter die Arme, sondern trägst auch selbst Verantwortung für eigene Gruppen. Durch deine Erfahrung und das Know-How, das du während deinen unterschiedlichsten Ausbildungen angesammelt hast, bringst du einen wertvollen Input für unsere Kurse bzw. für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Kurse. Du bestichst durch deine „Allroundfähigkeiten“ und bist ein verlässlicher und zugleich strukturierter Kopf mit seglerischem Können? Dann bist du bei **boats2sail** genau richtig

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich...**
- Individual
- und Gruppenunterricht mit Kindern und Erwachsenen
- Selbstständige Kursführung
- Du gibst wertvollen Input bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Kurse in Bezug auf die Effektivität und den Erfolg unserer Ausbildung und auch neue Produktideen sind bei uns willkommen
- Du unterrichtest von Einsteigern bis zu Fortgeschrittenen
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle und Ansprechpartner für deine Kursteilnehmer
- Durchführung von SUP Touren
- Unterstützung in anderen Bereichen am Standort: Eventbetreuung, Durchführungen von sportlichen Aktivitäten bei Events

Zudem organisieren wir regelmäßig Workshops zu den verschiedensten Themen.

Durch unsere modernen Buchungstools organisieren wir in Absprache mit dir deine Arbeitszeiten, um deinen Alltag effizient gestalten zu können. Nach der Arbeit möchtest du noch eine Runde Segeln/Surfen/SUPen/Kayak gehen? Kein Problem In unserem Wasserpark findest du garantiert das richtige Wassersport-Gerät, mit dem du dich gemeinsam mit dem Lehrerteam auspowern oder den Tag ausklingen lassen kannst.

Wir bieten ein Monatsbruttogehalt von 1680€ (basierend auf Vollzeit) und lukrativen Bonus.

Gehalt: Bis zu 1.680,00€ pro Monat
