**Sales Representative for Jack & Jones PRODUKT // FMCG**
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to strengthen our team and to accelerate and develop our journey towards reaching our ambitioned growth strategy.
**Your daily business**
You are a true craftsman and owing to your professionalism and cooperation skills, you create an environment, where your customers feel valued and assured. You bring new experience and ideas to the table - pushing limits, challenging and developing our strategy. You are persistent and leave the impression of being both serious and powerful. You have a can-do attitude but are still humble and respectful in your sales approach.

We are a business model within the JACK & JONES family - a volume driven department, focused on large companies within the FMCG têxtile wholesale segment. We use the sheer power of BESTSELLER, providing our customers with proven winners and true value for money at a competitive price. We deliver under our own sub brands and we further offer work wear/uniforms to several companies. PRODUKT is growing rapidly, and consequently, we offer great opportunities to tap the yet unexploited potential of our business.
**The job**
As Sales Representative, you will be key in achieving our ambitious goals. You will be responsible for opening new customers and retaining existing customers in your markets, especially in CEE. You will be trusted with great flexibility to produce results in the way that you see fit. Drawing on your solid experience from the têxtile business, you are able to kick in doors to new customers and markets within the FMCG sector, on your own or in collaboration with our dedicated Sales Representatives in the fields. Your role will also be to train, inspire and grow the sales force in your markets.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Expanding our customer base
- Setting up and executing sales strategies for your markets/customers
- Developing and maintaining deep insights of your markets
- Preparing sell-in and being present in market showrooms
- Setting up Sales Meetings with volume customers in collaboration with local forces
- Establishing long-term relationships with our customers
- Participating in our internal Sales Meetings as the expert on the products and the various solutions we offer
- Collecting feedback from the markets for future collections
**Your Qualifications**
- Experience from the FMCG sector
- Solid experience approaching new customers
- Experience with Private Label and SMU will be an advantage
- Knowing how to solve changes and customer demands
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Solid business understanding and analyzing figures and numbers
Your primary working location can be Vienna as well as Salzburg - as you wish.
