Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.- Our business**Your tasks**
- The purpose of the position is leading the ReOil development focused on chemistry, analytics, and integration into refinery and petchem processes.- Actively lead, manage, drive, control and execute the development of the chemistry, analytics, and the integration into refinery and petchem processes, and steer the scale-up of the respective processes and/or special equipment.
- Develop, evaluate, design and engineer ReOil to industrial scale and define the necessary procedures and proactively manage and/or support the interfaces to asset development, project execution and roll out including technology licensing.
- Initiate and drive related developmental CAPEX projects with strong cross functional interaction with internal and external partners.
- Drive the development and implementation of the ReOil technology in chemistry, analytics and integration in process scale up/roll-out of OMV’s ReOil technology.
- Identify, assess and/or support the integration opportunity of external pyrolysis oils into existing or new assets.
- Validate and further develop the integration processes from pilot, demo and industrial ReOil plants.
- Optimize and further develop processes and equipment in the related area.
- Support the licensing team in drafting and supplying supportive documentation and input for licensing proposals.
- Plan personnel and financial resources/budgets in the area of responsibility.
- Lead and develop a team of highly educated engineers with various experience levels.
- Drive and ensure OMV HSSE standards in all activities.
- Create new IPR.

**Your profile**
- You have a Master Degree in Chemistry or technical chemistry, PhD favourable.
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of process value chains.
- Sound understanding of refining/petchem processes and process scale up.
- Analytical, creative and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
- Well-developed network and relationships in related areas e.g. universities and institutions.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Profound understanding of organic and inorganic chemistry.
- Fluency in German and English.
