Procurement Manager

**Your mission**:
We are growing and are looking for a new team colleague with strong implementation and communication skills to actively drive the supply chain at our Austrian site in Villach. As the team leader of our Austrian purchasing team and part of the international supply chain management, you will work closely with the purchasing teams at our international locations and strive for efficiency and continuous improvement.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Management of the purchasing team
- Development and implementation of purchasing activities and strategies
- Establishing supplier relationships and conducting contract negotiations
- Ensuring the required quality standards and specifications
- Preparation of cost estimates and budget management
- Developing long-term strategic relationships, searching for new suppliers and ensuring supply and cost stability
**Your profile**:
- You have a degree (engineering or business administration) and several years of experience in purchasing industrial parts or systems.
- You are a real team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships quickly.
- You are analytical, results-oriented, problem-solving, enjoy working independently and have a hands-on mentality.
- Data analysis and reporting are no problem for you.
- You are fluent in German and English.
