Welcome to Global Consumer Products at Red Bull. Our portfolio consists of innovative fashion brand AlphaTauri as well as exciting Energy Wear product range. We are looking for a senior purchasing specialist, motivated to support and be a part of the company growth.

**PURCHASING AND PLANNING**

In this role, you’ll place and prioritize purchase orders and monitor & follow up on purchasing plan and activities. You’ll focus on maintaining strong supplier relations, analysing performance, defining and implementing improvement areas, as well as negotiating prices and conditions. You’ll be responsible for planning (volumes, capacities, timelines), coordinating cross-functional alignment as well as working with suppliers to secure that the goods will be available when needed with optimized logistic parameters (transportation, capacities, etc.). In addition, you’ll support with the development and implementation of replenishment strategies.

**CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS**

Your role involves participating in and driving improvement initiatives within purchasing, supply chain and beyond including cross-functional projects as well as offering suggestions about ways how to improve.

**ENSURE EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY**

Another aspect of this role will be to ensure smooth payments in close cooperation with stakeholders and to verify and release invoices of all inbound orders. You’ll support system maintenance and reporting activities to achieve state of the art purchasing process.

**Qualifications**:
Working experience within Purchasing, Planning, Supply Chain Management or similar field, ideally in an international environment

Purchasing and Planning expertise, end to end supply chain thinking

Prior experience with any materials management system, ideally SAP (MM)

Excellent MS Office skills

Experience within apparel industry very beneficial

Teamplayer with the ability to work independently, who has a proactive attitude and an analytical way of thinking

Strong communication and process skills

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
