**Head of Tax (m/w/d)**:
Werden Sie als Steuerrechtsexperte (m/w/d) Teil eines erfolgreichen Players am österreichischen sowie internationalen Markt

In dieser Position zeichnen Sie sich für die aktive Gestaltung und Umsetzung steueroptimaler internationaler Strukturen der Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich und übernehmen das steuerliche Tagesgeschäft in der Holding. Sie agieren als Hauptansprechpartner für die Konzerntochtergesellschaften und überzeugen mit Ihrer hohen Expertise im Steuerrecht.

**Ihre Aufgaben im Detail**:

- Unternehmensweite Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von steuerrechtlichen Richtlinien sowie der rechtzeitigen Abfuhr von Steuern & Abgaben
- Verantwortung für das zentrale Thema Verrechnungspreise auf globaler Ebene
- Laufende Weiterentwicklung der Steuerthemen bzw. Optimierung der Prozesse
- Fristgerechte Erstellung der monatlichen Meldungen sowie der Steuererklärungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Abteilungen (Treasury, Accounting, Legal, etc) sowie externen Steuerberatern im Zuge von steuerrelevanten Problemlösungen
- Umsetzung von Gesetzesänderungen nach den aktuellen nationalen und internationalen Steuervorschriften
- Unterstützung bei den jährlichen Betriebsprüfungen aus steuerrechtlicher Sicht

**Mit diesem Profil überzeugen Sie**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Steuern/Rechnungslegung, und abgelegte Steuerberaterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung einer Big4-Kanzlei oder in einer Steuerabteilung eines international agierenden Konzerns
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Konzernsteuerrecht
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Hands-on Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
