Semperit is an internationally-oriented group that develops, produces and sells highly specialised rubber products. **Responsibilities**:

- Analyze ITSM requirements, roadmap planning, project management, change configuration, and communication
- Administer ITSM tools, release management, user & role administration, end-user support, and reporting
- Act as an interface to external ITSM providers
- Maintain close contact with IT support organization and ITSM tool/service provider to ensure a proper functioning of the system and life cycle management of the ITSM tool/service: minor and major release changes
- Contribute to the Information Technology Organization's Technical Support Strategy and other relevant technological developments
- Contribute to service improvements initiatives and participate in the evaluation of new equipment
- Develop ITSM tool/service roadmap and further enhance implemented modules and support the implementation of new and additional modules

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science and Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a user support environment
- Experience in handling IT-related projects
- ITIL certificate is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Self-motivated and a problem solver
- Interested in learning new things
- Service and customer-oriented
- Structured, organized, and reliable work style
- Basic project management know-how

**Languages**:

- Very good English skills for international communication
- German or additional languages are an advantage

**Salary**:
Gross yearly salary: from €50.000 (according to collective agreement, full-time), overpayment possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
