**The impact you'll have**:
As part of the Account Management team, you will provide comprehensive support to customers from the automotive sector and automotive trade and work on innovative issues relating to data-based marketing. You will make a significant contribution to the success of the company's goals and take intensive care of your customers. This requires independent and solution-orientated work with a high level of team and customer focus. Thanks to your knowledge of retail marketing, you will be able to manage and successfully implement extensive campaigns together with the team.

**More specifically, you will**:

- As part of the Account Management team, you will provide comprehensive support to customers from the automotive sector and trade and work on innovative issues relating to data-based marketing
- Based on VEACT products, you coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers and continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of upselling
- You are responsible for controlling and reporting KPIs
- You continuously optimise internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures
- You maintain and use our CRM system for service provision and documentation
- You work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them in a target-oriented manner
- You acquire new customers in the automotive trade and support them from initial contact to contract conclusion
- You ensure a high frequency of contact with existing and potential customers (may also include the need for customer visits or e.g. customer events with travelling and occasional overnight stays in the markets you are responsible for Austria)
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed targets in the markets you are responsible for
- You proactively support customers in the design of campaigns from the existing campaign portfolio but also in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns

**Who you are and what you bring**:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study
- You already have professional experience in trade marketing, customer service or from a car dealership
- You have language skills in German and English (C1)
- You are interested in everything to do with automotive, big data and marketing
- You have a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team and customer orientation
- You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people and have good interpersonal skills
- Above all, you are characterised by analytical thinking, a conscientious and independent way of working and organisational skills
- You have a good knowledge of standard MS Office programmes and are not afraid of new programmes

Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry. With self-learning technology and a broad automotive know-how, VEACT supports its customers in making marketing and sales processes more efficient through data. To do this, VEACT uses all available data sources, such as invoices, service histories, satisfaction queries, and campaign data and condenses them into a customer profile. The aim is to process this information qualitatively so that it can be used to create individual customer profiles and recommendations for action (predictive customer intelligence).

Car dealerships and manufacturers benefit from lower process costs, improved customer loyalty and, thus, higher sales.

VEACT now has c.€15 million in revenue and c.100 FTE and is an established scaleup within the automotive software ecosystem and the secret weapon behind some of the world's biggest car dealerships and OEMs. The market, demand, and potential look fantastic.
