As Brand Websites & Consumer Affairs Trainee you’ll focus on supporting the Direct-To-Consumer Team across all brand digital and CRH areas, supporting markets with their local brand websites and working closely with multiple HQ areas to ensure full alignment and strong communication across all stakeholders.

**DIGITAL SUPPORT**

You’ll be the main responsible for supporting the countries ensuring that they all offer best-in-class user experience across all our websites. You’ll also be responsible for Stand-in for Consumer Requests Handling support, answering consumer requests directly for specific cases related to our HQ.

**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND COUNTRIES SUPPORT**

Assist on the preparation of webinars and training for the markets will also be a part of your role. You’ll work closely with HQ Brand Management Team, HR, Media Network, Programming, and Agencies to secure the implementation of all needs in all our digital platforms while you ensure alignment and approval for all sensitive digital topics from legal & regulatory department.

First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
