**YOUR ROLE**:

- Acting as responsible contact person for warehouse administration tasks for a German warehouse
- Proactively checks open stock bookings
- Reports on service level each day maintaining a checklist to track and document improvement measures
- Monitors warehouse capacity (loading/unloading/storage)
- Supports customer claims team with any investigations and follow-up of corrective measures
- Maintains a clean master data setup at the site
- Responsible for reporting daily on site incident management (e.g. IT issues, reduced picking performance)
- Proactively checks inventory deviations
- NCMR (Non Conformity Managing Report) processing
- Participate in on-site performance review meetings
- Supports optimization projects
- Assists in the preparation and execution of on site audits (internal, external)
- Assists in the preparation and execution of inventory counts
- Supports regular warehouse inspections "Safety Walks”
- Executes stock scrap approvals

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude
- Having an eye for details and an ability to consistently work accurately
- Strong MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Able to work within a team environment as well as independently.
- Business fluent German and English skills
