**Do you want to facilitate an insight-driven approach for partnering with the business in HR?**

We are looking for a curious and proactive HR Analytics Specialist

**REPORTING**

As HR Analytics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for running the monthly HR KPI Reporting.

**SUPPORT HR MANAGERS & BUSINESS PARTNERS**

You’ll support HR Managers and Business Partners in understanding KPI reporting and gain insights. You’ll train HR Managers and Business Partners to effectively use reporting tools as well as supporting the workforce and personnel cost planning processes.

**DASHBOARD SOLUTIONS**

You’ll also develop new KPI dashboard solutions depending on continuously evolving business needs and system landscapes.

**Qualifications**:
First experience in handling multiple data sources and analytics

Advanced level of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Basic R coding skills is a plus

Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured way of working

Strong analytical ability combined with high level of accuracy in work

Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently

Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, locally and internationally

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
