**Deine Rolle am Glück**:

- In dieser bedeutenden Rolle bist du neben der fachlichen und disziplinären Führung der Abteilung für das Risikomanagement in der Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich und übernimmst die Implementierung von Strategien und Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung und -bewältigung.
- Der Aufbau eines Risikomanagement-Rahmenwerkes (Richtlinien und Verfahren, um Risiken und Chancen zu identifizieren, erfassen, überwachen und steuern) als auch die Sicherstellung von effizienten und effektiven Strukturen und Prozessen zur Identifikation, Überwachung und Steuerung von Risiken und Chancen gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben.
- Die Unterstützung der Risikoverantwortlichen bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken sowie die Umsetzung von Risikominderungsmaßnahmen runden dein Aufgabenbereich ab.
- Zudem bist du für die Gestaltung und Entwicklung des Risikoberichtswesens für das Management zuständig und förderst die Risikomanagement-Kultur sowie die Stärkung des Risiko
- und Chancenbewusstseins im Unternehmen.
- Als weitere wesentliche Aufgabe obliegt dir die Verwaltung und Steuerung des Internen Kontrollsystems, das eng verbunden mit den Risiko
- und Prozessmanagement der Unternehmensgruppe eine aktuelle und vollständige Übersicht der Effektivität der internen Kontrollen darstellen soll.

**Dein Einsatz im Team**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Mathematik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement
- Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung mit quantitativen Verfahren wie Simulations
- und Bewertungsverfahren sowie mathematisch-statistischen Methoden von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei der Bearbeitung von Aufgaben
- Überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke mit Überzeugungskraft und Integrationsfähigkeit
