Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies, procedures and directives. Work with DVM ( District Visual Merchandiser ), Regional Visual Manager and store team to deliver brand vision via installation of monthly floor sets and maintenance of exceptional VM standards.

Sales Generation:

- Meet sales goals
- Utilize the elevated levels of service to maximize sales performance
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
- After closing a sale, monitor all details including: shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

Customer Service:

- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize client book
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

VM Responsibilities:

- Receive and communicate Floor Set and Floor Set Guide to store team
- With store management team install monthly Floor Set supported by DVM
- With store management team confirm standards to Daily VM Checklist
- Support and train Store management and Sales team in relevant visual guidelines
- Train store team in brand vision, floor sets and visual standards
- With DVM ensure all store team wardrobing is current and to brand image

Operations:

- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
- Properly execute all relevant register functions
- Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance
- Participate in all relevant training and development as directed by store management

2 years + retail sales / store VM experience
