- Sie durchlaufen ein vielseitiges Ausbildungsprogramm in den Bereichen Quality Control und Microbiology
- 18 spannende Monate mit herausfordernden Aufgaben und Projekten in der Qualitätskontrolle, beginnend mit **Mai 2025**:
- Grundlegende Einführung in das Unternehmen und die Grundlagen von GMP
- Mehrwöchige Rotationen in den Abteilungen der Quality Control (z.B. Analytics, Incoming Goods, Systems, Projects) und Microbiology (z.B. In-Process & Sterility Testing, Environmental & Media Monitoring, Microbial Identification & Validation)
- Kennenlernen von wesentlichen Abläufen in den einzelnen Abteilungen
- Mitarbeit bei laufenden Großprojekten sowie Übernahme und selbstständige Abwicklung von Projekten in der Qualitätskontrolle
- Sie erhalten Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche und Abteilungen, welche eng mit der Qualitätskontrolle zusammenarbeiten (z.B. Quality Assurance, Production Unit, Supply Chain Unit, etc.)
- Interessante Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten nach erfolgreicher Beendigung des Programms
**Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master-Studium mit naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z.B. Chemie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie o.Ä.)
- Mind. sechs Monate Berufserfahrung (Praktika, studienbegleitende Tätigkeiten), bevorzugt in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (jede weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus)
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Erste Projektmanagement-Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie „hands-on“ Mentalität
- Teamgeist und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
