Your new adventure
- Management of an experienced supplier quality team and responsibility for the quality of purchased parts in the steel product group
- Planning and implementation of product, process and system audits at our global supplier base
- Participation in the award and product development process of new engine components (PPAP, APQP, feasibility, drawing approval,...)
- Supporting the team in processing complaints with our suppliers (creation, tracking, evaluation, closure and effectiveness check)
- Cross-departmental cooperation (purchasing, R&D, manufacturing, assembly, etc.) as well as international cooperation with suppliers and our production plant in Mexico
- Promotion of supplier development (supplier evaluation, further development of existing suppliers, supplier training,...)

Your experience and skills
- Completed technical studies (FH, university) and several years of professional experience in the field of quality management in the acquisition area
- Technical understanding and experience with manufacturing processes of high-precision steel parts and ideally also engine components
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality management (including relevant processes) - from the planning and development phase to series production
- Negotiating skills and basic legal knowledge (QSV, product liability, etc.), experience with audits
- Team player with strong communication skills, initiative, resilience and high commitment
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%), intercultural competence and very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written

We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 58,098.60 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
