**Supply Chain Analyst (m/w/d)**
**What you will be doing**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute forecast plans.
- Monitor order execution to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any issues affecting order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Central & Eastern Europe Supply Chain team to ensure fair share stock allocation.
- Conduct regular safety stock analysis to mitigate supply chain risks and uncertainties. Optimize safety stock levels to balance the trade-off between service levels and inventory costs.
- Maintain and update planning parameters in the system to reflect changes in optimal inventory levels.
- Proactively manage short-term back orders by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with regional, customer service, logistics and sales teams to expedite order fulfillment.
- Analyze Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory to identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement action to reduce SLOB inventory and minimize financial impact.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in supply chain or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Learning agility, embraces change, and navigates complexity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Business fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in other languages might be considered an advantage
