**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Your main responsibilities include, but are not reduced to
- Be a substantial part of the development of our circular economy program and drive KPIs, to achieve our defined targets
- Facilitate exchange, sparring and networking with external partners, experts of our production and value added service network to identify valuable scrap and possibilities to utilise alternative raw material sources
- Develop new business/collaboration models with our companies and partners
- Get a sound understanding of our production and service processes, including the up
- and downstream value chain
- Foster continuous knowledge exchange and transfer across the division

The applicant (M/F/d) should take over, step by step, the responsibility for Circular Economy projects. The clear goal is to further develop our Circular Economy ecosystem to increase our recycling rate and to secure the supply of critical raw materials, in strong alignment with the stakeholders.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Masters Degree in a technical field (metallurgy, material science, environmental sciences, mechanical/chemical engineering, etc.), ideally combined with know how in economics and / or supply chain
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a dynamic business environment, international group and/ or consulting is beneficial
- Ability to initiate and manage complex projects across multiple organisations within an international group, ideally with proven track record in hybrid and remote work
- Interest in the area of sustainability, material loops and circular economy and methodological competence in the area of Supply Chain Management is beneficial
- Experience within the process industry (steel industry, chemical, etc.) and/or manufacturing is benefical
- Languages: Business profession in German and English
- IT: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote), JIRA/Confluence is beneficial
- Mobility: Flexibility for national/international traveling is required (~30%)
- Personal skills:

- Strong collaboration skills, with hands-on mentality and
structured approach
- Ability to effectively communicate on different hierarchy levels

**Das bieten wir**:
**Salary Package and Benefits**: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is € 3.310,48 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.
