**UX Global Strategist (f/m/d)**:

As UX Global Strategist your main goal will be to act as a user advocate in the design of B&R software products and implement a unified user experience for B&R SW products. You will lead the UX strategy of the company, putting the user needs in front. Your goal will be to provide a unified and best-in-class user experience for the overall product portfolio, aligning the overall company methods, tools, and resources to achieve this. You will be working with Product Managers and Technical teams to design the future of our software ecosystem. We are looking for a generalist UX designer that can lead and define the strategy by showing the way to the rest of the teams, and design and implement it as part of a project team. **Your responsibilities**:

- UX/UI Design (Design thinking, User interviews, Persona creation, Mockup and wireframes, Usability studies, Graphic design, Creation of design systems, Design tools)
- Define the future UX strategy of B&R portfolio
- Consolidate UX across all products groups
- Be the advocate for UX in B&R and coordinate with global ABB teams
- Coordinate with different product teams and marketing/CI
- Get different product teams to follow UX strategy
- Coordinate with external design companies
- Project planning
- Support execution of design projects

**Your background**:

- MSc or equivalent in a design or engineering field
- 5+ years practical experience in User Experience design
- Experience in industrial automation is a plus
- Excellent leadership, social and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, German is a plus, other languages are an added advantage.
