**What to do**:

- Work with internal project and product team in parallel to help the user experience and user interface on internally developed solutions as well as third party software.
- You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies.
- Understand the user and business needs, do business analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into effortless user journeys and interfaces.

- Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH)
- Hands-on business analyst passion / experience
- Hands-on knowledge of establishing UI designs and UX patterns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. You're comfortable working closely with developers and product managers and know how to work in a team environment to deliver on customer and business value.
- The ability to think through user problems, propose reasonable solutions, test your assumptions, continuously incorporate feedback, and work with developers to build them.
- The skills to execute all design stages from research to conceptualization and to final hand-off to the Development team.
- Values and opinions and the ability to articulate them in fluent English.
- Significant personal and professional drive to shape the product from a UX viewpoint and passion about quality, usability, and simplicity.
