Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Identifikation von Optionen für „Break Through Innovations“ in definierten Suchfeldern (Portfoliostrategie) und End to end Produkt-Management
- Entwicklung / Ausarbeitung und Bewertung / Priorisierung von Optionen mit State of the Art Methoden und Konzeptvalidierung mit Kunden/Stakeholdern (z.B. mittels Konzeptskizzen, Mock-Up‘s oder Prototypen)
- Analyse des spezifischen Wettbewerbsumfelds und ggf. der Kundenstrukturen und der Verkaufsprozesse
- Positionierung der Lösung in der User-/Customer journey
- Ableitung von Kommerzialisierungsoptionen, Entwicklung eines Business bzw. Investment Case (BC/IC)
- Übernahme der Projektleitung für Kooperations
- oder Zukaufprojekte gemäß des Make-or-Buy-Prozesses
- Permanente Überprüfung des BC/IC im Zuge der Entwicklung (F&E) oder im Kooperationsszenario
- Vorbereitung der Markteinführung, u.a. Stakeholdermanagement, frühe Initiierung von KOL-Management sowie Market Access Management
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung der Launchstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- Strategischer Lead für die Markteinführung, für das aktive Stakeholdermanagement, die Umsetzung des KOL-Management sowie das Market Access Management
- Aktives After Launch Management zur Erreichung der BC/IC-Ziele

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Fundierte mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Produktmanagement mit Fokus Break Through Innovationen
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Design Thinking und agilen Arbeitstechniken
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe IT/Digital-Affinität
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
