Wir sind seit über 13 Jahre als lizenzierter Buchmacher in Österreich erfolgreich bei zahlreichen Kooperationspartnern mit Wettannahmestellen vertreten. Durch eigene Wettbüros bleiben wir stets praxisbezogen immer am Ball und dienen unsere Partner als kompetenter Ansprechpartner.

Seit 2023 sind wir Teil eines internationalen Konzerns aus Spanien mit ambitionierten Wachstumszielen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter im 1st Level Support (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (Telefon, E-Mail und Chat)
- einfache Fehlerbehebungen per Fernwartungsprogramm (TeamViewer)
- technische Hilfestellung
- Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Dateneingabe und -bearbeitung
- Erarbeitung von Lösungen in Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen

Qualifikation
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK/HAS,...) bzw. andere abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundendienst von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht
- und Wochenendarbeit
- Einwandfreier Leumund
