**Associate Mergers & Acquisitions** **(m/w/d)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare marketing and new business development research and presentations
- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and provide general corporate advice
- Produce written transaction materials such as LOIs, teasers, information memorandums, process letters, timelines, financial models, term sheets
- Perform company and industry financial analysis/modeling, including valuation and statistical analysis
- Perform valuation analysis including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout analysis
- Develop and foster client relationships

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in the M&A team in an Investment Bank, Big 4, a PE or an in-house M&A team
- Strong financial analysis and valuation modelling experience
- Ability to work to tight deadline with minimum supervision and to manage workloads efficiently
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary is EUR 3.914,98 gross.
