As a Financial Controller in the Business Navigation team, you will have the opportunity to own the planning, controlling, and reporting activities for the business unit for all our Central Eastern European Region (CEE). Additionally, you will support management in understanding performance, risks and forecasting to help drive their operational efficiency.
**How You'll Contribute**:
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- You lead controlling incl. budget process, monthly variance analysis incl. communication and management reporting.
- You will supervise and coordinate the Capex Plan, crafting insightful reports in the Investment Tracker that drive strategic decision-making.
**Budgeting & Forecasting**:
- Drive the submission of monthly BRS forecasts, employing a forward-thinking approach to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
**Cash-Flow Management**:
- Oversee and coordinate cashflow statements in collaboration with the Accounting department, fostering a seamless and accurate financial reporting process.
- Strategically plan and articulate cash flow forecasts, aligning with corporate guidelines to ensure optimal financial health and agility.
**What You Bring**:
- You have 7+ years of work experience in Financial Controlling or/and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- You are a strategic-thinker who enjoys extracting, analyzing and translating data into key insights and actions.
- You are a self-driven and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership.
- You are an excellent communicator in English, German would be a plus.
