**HEAD OF SALES EEMEA DISTRIBUTION**:

- Salzburg, Austria**YOUR MISSION**:
The Head of Sales EEMEA Distribution is responsible for achieving sales and gross margin targets in her/his area of responsibility as agreed in the company budget. She/he focuses on growing the business of PUMA’s local partners and driving PUMA’s business by using both sell-in and sell-thru measures based on a deep understanding of the local markets. A key responsibility is achieving further targets as agreed in the budget (stock turn, accounts receivable ).
- Develop deep understanding of local market environments, challenges and opportunities in 30+ countries
- Identify and realize individual growth levers for most important markets
- Find appropriate distributors and negotiate and finalize contracts in order to meet targets
- Lead and support distributors regarding the entire go-to-market process for each season (participation in meetings, ordering of samples )
- Provide advice on various sales and marketing strategies (including sponsorships and marketing cooperation)
- Ensure that international cross-border accounts strategies are implemented in the relevant markets
- Work closely with Marketing and Retail to ensure optimal representation of PUMA and increase brand heat
- Be the first point of contact, train and assist distributors, including operational and sales guidelines
- Ensure all operational and sales guidelines are understood and followed and that the interface within the matrix system is working
- Ensure sales and distribution guidelines compliance is met
- Ensure CI, retail, marketing and financial guidelines compliance in countries is met
- Ensure securement of payments (e.g. bank credits) is given
- Ensure that payments by distributors are made on time
- Provide regular reports on business status and sales development as requested by General Manager, International and EEMEA functions and Finance EEMEA
- Coordinate specific projects with headquarters such as trademark protection
- Be the spokesperson to the distributors for all aspects of the area

**YOUR TALENT**:

- **Education**: ideally degree level or equivalent experience
- ** Experience**: proven track record of success in selling branded consumer goods to export markets, ideally in the sports or fashion areas
- **Capabilities**:

- Strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills
- Proven interpersonal, presentation and facilitation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for results and solutions
- Experience of developing strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks
- High level of structure and organizational skills towards plans, schedules, and controls tasks and projects
- **Specialized skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office 365
- Analytical skills
