Position Title: Logistic Supply Chain Planner

**1.** **Summary description**

The objective of this position is to perform all the necessary operations within the supply chain to ensure the stream of goods to the end consumer. The position entails overseeing the entire flow of information and physical assets involved in the distribution to European customers.

**2.** **Detailed description of activities**

I. DEMAND PLANNING
- Act as the main point of contact for customers/agents/trading houses
- Provide information to the sales staff
- Manage the entire order cycle from order receipt until consumption:
II. STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Follow up goods availability
- Book material on stock in SAP
- Coordinate stock returns
- Coordinate stock transfers
- Cost validation
- Coordinate stock-related issues with different parties (internal and external)
- Keep a close eye on aged stock
- Stock counts and regular inventory checks
- Reporting (internal and external)

III. LOGISTICS
- Act as the main point of contact for warehouses/freight forwarders and other logistics partners
- Route registration in SAP
- Plan and follow-up deliveries and self pick-ups with all relevant parties (warehouses, freight forwarders, customers and agents)
- Generate the delivery process in SAP and issue the relevant documents (collection document, commercial invoice, delivery note)
- Cost validation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers

Complete higher education

**4. Languages**

English, desirable Portuguese or German
