**Head Warehouse & Logistics (f/m/d), Schaftenau, Austria**

In this role you will develop, implement and be accountable for CPO Supply Chain strategic, tactical, and operational plans to optimize supply chain results. You will promote clear decisions for optimal availability of medicine and products, minimizing working capital and costs without compromising quality and regulatory requirements. At the same time, you will define and implement changes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance for the data and process standards and lead the related business transformation activities.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Lead in an efficient way the warehouse and logistics activities for DSS, DSK and DPS in alignment with the budget and process re-quirements
- Define strategy for warehousing and logistics activities
- Drive the execution of local and global projects and support global initiatives
- Collaborate with Making Medicine Sites (Production Unit, SCM) as well as with global SCM/ Logistics organization
- Professional and disciplinary leadership and organization of employ-ee resources
- Coach, guide and lead Warehouse & Logistics Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance of warehouse and logistics activities in close col-laboration with the WHS Compliance Team (Central Engineering)
- Manage external logistics service providers

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- University degree in a relevant field (minimum Bachelor)
- At least 10 years professional experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
- Expert knowledge of safety and compliance management
- Broad knowledge (minimum 5 years) in core processes of ERP Systems (SAP); Warehouse Management
- Experience in similar positions; Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred. Exposure to change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentoring/coaching experience
- Multicultural experience
- Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth

For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full time basis).
