Compliance and Integrity Specialist

Would you like to contribute to something meaningful and work with us along our mission? This is your chance. We are looking for dedicated people to enrich our Legal, Operations, Compliance and Integrity Department team.

Your contribution will be:

- Designing and developing further the compliance management system at FOUR PAWS, incl. a control mechanism
- Defining in coordination with external advisors and other FOUR PAWS units the processes and controls for compliance management under ICS
- Overseeing the implementation of regulatory compliance processes including data protection and monitoring the legal environment
- Establishing compliance trainings, monitoring, auditing, and reporting systems as needed in collaboration with other FOUR PAWS units and external advisors
- Preparing an annual compliance risk analysis and a compliance monitoring plan
- Supporting the roll-out of a whistleblowing tool and the handling of reports

Your profile ideally illustrates:

- Several years of relevant professional experience and track record in implementing compliance frameworks
- University degree, preferably in law, business law, business, or economics; qualification in Compliance and/or in Risk Management is desirable
- Knowledge of Data Privacy is an advantage
- Full proficiency in English and advanced proficiency in German
- Reliable and discreet personality with a strong work ethic
- Accurate and structured working style with attention to detail
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
