**Your Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at woom.
**Your Mission**
- **Build, lead and manage a project management process **with the appropriate structure and flow within the woom design and product teams.
- Proactively** manage projects from ideation, via development, into manufacturing and up to deliverance into the market.**:
- **Setup and define clear project resources**, budgets, timings and deliverables with the respective stakeholders.
- **Collaborate** effectively with both **in-house and external stakeholders.**:
- Be accountable for **multiple projects with varying time frames** - from future focused (long term strategic visionary) to fast paced deadline intensive.
**Your Skills**
- **Completed degree** in project management, industrial engineering or design, business administration or related discipline.
- **Several years of relevant project management experience**:
- ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- Project management certification - **IPMA or comparable.**:
- **Solid experience using project management processes and software** (ideally D365/JIRA/Confluence).
- Strong **planning, organizational and decision-making skills.**:
- Excellent presentation and communication as well as** analytical and conceptual skills**.
- High **service and solution orientation** as well as a hands-on mentality.
- **Fluent in written and spoken English, German** is an advantage.

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.700 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
