NXP is looking for a Technical Director/System architect to join the UWB system engineering team responsible for UWB product architectures addressing multiple markets. You will join a team which covers the responsibility of product definition to production ramp-up. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to work with a world-class global design team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Definition of product and system requirements based on input from multiple stakholders incl customers
- Owning system concept and product architectures
- Definition of sub-system architectures with inter-disciplinary teams
- Ensuring product and system quality parameters in alignment with inter-disciplinary teams
- Leading product architecture team

**Required skill sets**:

- Technical university degree in electrical engineering or similar (bachelor, master, PhD)
- 10 + years of experience
- Strong background in embedded system design
- Experienced in System-on-chip designs preferrable with wireless radios
- Preferable experience with wireless radio technologies: UWB, BLE or WiFi
- Skilled in analog, digital and embedded firmware architectures
- Deep understanding of semiconductors product design processes incl risk management and change control
- Experienced in working in a global inter-disciplinary team
