Payroll Analyst

- Responsibilities and main tasks:_
- Responsibility for the preparation and processing of monthly statements.
- Ensure all data is compiled correctly.
- Responsible for reconciling and transferring all accounts payable and bank interfaces and reports related to payroll data.
- Responsible for balancing and reviewing all results, finding and correcting errors related to payroll data review.
- Responsible for processing all types of payments and deductions, including garnishments, salary adjustments, merit adjustments, and special payments (bonus awards, gross bonuses, per diems, incentives, etc.).
- Responsible for preparing and processing manual and off-cycle payments.
- Process adjustments related to terminated employees, such as post-termination payments, prepayment recovery.
- Collaborate regularly with other teams and service providers to ensure actions and issues are tracked and resolved.
- Support and manage the time and attendance system including processing error logs and reposting overtime for payroll.
- Requirements education and trainings:_
- Completed office management apprenticeship.
- Completed commercial academy desirable.
- Completed payroll course required.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Other requirements:_
- Adequate work experience required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent research and problem solving skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and schedule tasks to meet billing deadlines.
- Ability to handle a large volume of detailed tasks in a short period of time and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Flexibility with respect to work patterns.

Required information pursuant to section 9 of the Austrian Treatment Act (GleichbehandlungsG): Minimum yearly gross remuneration as per collective agreement from € 41.390,02 p.a. upwards - overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
