**Um unser Marketing-Team zu erweitern, suchen wir eine/n Head of Digital Communications, der/die ein motiviertes Team leitet und daran arbeitet, mit gezielten digitalen Kommunikations
- und Marketingstrategien die Bekanntheit unseres Unternehmens, unserer Produkte und Services zu steigern.**

- Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von digitalen Vermarktungs
- und Marketingaktivitäten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marketingstrategien und digitaler Tools
- Einbringung eigener kreativer Ideen
- Channelowner für die internen und externen digitalen Medien, wie Social-Media-Kanäle und Internetpräsenz
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kommunikations
- und Marketingteam
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Stakeholder/Partner
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Web
- und Marketingrichtlinien
- Laufendes Finanzcontrolling des Budgets
- Ihr Hintergrund
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Vertrieb oder Kommunikation
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Berufsfeld (Mischung aus Unternehmens
- und Agenturerfahrung in der Technologiebrache bevorzugt)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen digitales Marketing, Kommunikation und Content-Management-Systeme
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement idealerweise mit Führungsfunktion
- Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln sowie Umsetzungsstärke
- Kommunikative, teamfähige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Gutes Zeitmanagement und Vielseitigkeit
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

Zur Einhaltung der rechtlichen Vorschriften verweisen wir auf das Mindestgehalt des Kollektivvertrages der Elektro
- und Elektronikindustrie in Höhe von € 3.568,05 brutto/Monat. Die klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von der Qualifikation und Erfahrung, ist vorhanden.
