- und Ausland anzubieten.
**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Fachliche und operative Führung des 1st Level-Teams
- Coaching, Mentoring und Entwicklung der Agents
- Definieren von Supportprozessen, Standard, Richtlinien & Best Practices gemeinsam mit 2nd Level Teams für effizienten Ticketworkflow im Helpdesk
- Monitoring und Optimierung der Supportprozesse im 1st Level
- Wissens
- & Ressourcenmanagement
- Verantwortlich für Einhaltung der internen SLA‘s
- Etablierung und Monitoring KPI‘s, wie Reachability, Abandonment Rate, Talk Time usw.
- Pflege guter Beziehungen und Austausch auf Augenhöhe mit den Kund:innen
- Kund:innen-Bedarf an Services zu verstehen, vorherzusehen, umsetzen

**Qualifikationen**
- Du hast möglicherweise schon erste Erfahrungen als Führungskraft
- Du hast sehr gute Moderationskills
- Du bist sehr selbstständig, kundenorientiert und kannst Führung übernehmen
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch
