Housekeeper in Austria

On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a housekeeper to look after their chalet in Kitzbühel, Austria. The household consists of 2 adults and 2 children (6 years old). The Alpine Chalet is 1.500 square metres.

The ideal Housekeeper will be discreet, independent, organised, service-oriented, responsible, well-presented, and hard-working. A clean-driving license is mandatory. The housekeeper should be experienced in working independently as she would have to take care of the whole house.

It is the family holiday home therefore the family only stays in this property occasionally during holidays.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Shopping
- Occasional cooking
- Driving
- Lawn maintenance in the summer months (gardeners come 3 times a year)
- Preparing the outside area during the summer months
- Coordinating craftsmen appointments on site

**Schedule**: 40 hours per week

The day is divided in two “shifts”:
1. Before Midday: Breakfast, Cleaning the bedrooms/bathrooms etc, preparing lunch or lunch table until 13:00/14:00 (lunch break, in which the housekeeper has their own long break)

2. After Lunchbreak: Coming back to the house in the early evening for Preparing Dinner table, Cleaning the bedrooms/bathrooms etc and leaving after dinner

**Benefit**: Car is provided if the staff is not from the area.

**Salary**: between €3900 and €4400 gross per month

**Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay**
