**Transfer Coordinator (f/m/d), Kundl, Austria**

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for metrics in respective area.
- Provide training in respective area.
- Supports, initiates and leads continuous improvement activities for the quality assurance systems on site e.g document management, change control and training.
- Ensures that quality assurance systems e.g. document management, change control system, training, escalation management and risk management are in compliance with local and global requirements.
- Efficient department management in accordance with annual plan (budget / activities / timelines) and defined objectives.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) The position is supposed to supply transfer activities of sterile APIs from Kundl to Palafolls as transfer coordinator.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in microbiology, biotechnology, biology, pharmacy or other equivalent natural science.
- 3-5 years experiences in related areas.
- Project Management experience.
- English - fluent written and spoken.
- Strong communication, time management and priority setting skills.

For this position the minimum salary is 54788.3 EUR /year (on a full time basis).
