**STUDENT TRAINEE ORDER PROCESSING (M/W/D)**:
**Teilzeit, 15 - 20 Wochenstunden**:
**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du bearbeitest selbständig Kundenaufträge und Serviceverträge im ERP.
- Du überprüfst die Bestellungen und erfasst neue Kundenaufträge.
- Ob du das Management von Auftragsbestätigungen, das Vorbereiten lieferrelevanter Dokumente, Änderungsmanagement oder Dokumentation bevorzugst - bei uns ist alles vertreten.
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern gehört zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
- Du wirst integraler Bestandteil unseres Order Processing Teams und begleitest den gesamten Auftragsabwicklungsprozess.

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du befindest dich in einem laufendem Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich BWL, Supply Chain oder Ähnliches
- Du konntest bestenfalls bereits erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen sammeln
- Du bist IT-affin und das Arbeiten mit Zahlen macht dir Spaß
- Dein Wissensdurst hilft dir dabei, dich schnell in neue Tätigkeiten einzuarbeiten
- Deine offene und kommunikative Art macht es dir leicht, mit Kunden und Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten

Für diese Position ist gemäß Kollektivvertrag (Metallindustrie) auf Basis Vollzeit ein Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens €33.577,00 vorgesehen. Das tatsächliche Gehalt gestaltet sich in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Beschäftigungsausmaß beträgt 15-18h/Woche.
