Das geht in deinem Job
Du verantwortest vollständig einen Bestandskunden und sorgst für Kundenzufriendenheit sowie Erreichung der gesetzten Umsatz-Targets.
Du identifizierst Potentiale und Bedürfnisse beim Bestandskunden und leitest daraus entsprechende Deals ab.
Du übernimmst die interne Führung bei Eskalationen beim Bestandskunden und ergreifst alle Maßnahmen zur raschen Behebung.
Du versuchst, so oft wie möglich den persönlichen Austausch (auch Vorort) mit den Entscheidungsträgern beim Bestandskunden zu gewährleisten.
Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen sowie Angeboten und erstellst diese auch selbst.
Du agierst nach unserem Produkt-, Dienstleistungs
- und Service-Portfolio und bist in der Lage, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und diese standhaft zu vertreten.
Du verantwortest die vollständige und qualitativ hochwertige Dokumentation im CRM.
Das geht bei dir
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, Uni, HTL, Lehre, o.ä.) und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Kundenbetreuung
Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Key Accounts und Methoden-Wissen im agilen Projektmanagement mit
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement sowie Kommunikationsstärke sind für dich selbstverständlich
Lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Teamplayer sowie Eigenverantwortung
Präsentationen und Moderationen bereiten dir, mit deinem offenen Mindset und deiner Hands-on Mentalität, Freude
Unternehmerisches Denken und ein solides technisches Grundverständnis konntest du dir in deiner bisherigen Berufslaufbahn bereits aneignen
Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum
