1 Workday Absence Lead Workday Absence LeadThe Workday Absence Lead is responsible for leading functional projects and configuration activities on the Workday HCM platform. She/he must have strong Workday expertise in Absence Management and a working understanding of HCM. This is a highly visible role with an opportunity to lead global initiatives on an exciting technology platform.Specific responsibilities are: - Leading all stages of a workday project lifecycle, from planning, design and testing through to deployment and support/enhancement
- Manage the deliverables, scope of work and quality for key initiatives
- Be responsible for Workday configuration in support of key requirements
- Develop high-quality deliverables (requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes) and presentations for review with stakeholders to communicate key business process concepts
- Partner with cross-functional teams in the development, testing and implementation of enhancements/releases (new functionality, Workday updates, etc.)
- Support Absence Integrations with external Payroll systems
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization to enable effective utilization of Workday
- Ability to work directly with HR Partners from Europe, Asia, South America and North America and understand local regulations relating to Time Off and Leave of Absence requirements / configuration
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a process orientation
- ability to capture and document processes via both narratives and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to manage multiple priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
