Corporate Communications team works closely together in a Newsroom format creating meaningful content for the people - our clients, employees, and beyond. We are looking for a driven communication specialist, to join our Brand and Corporate Communication team. Your role will be creating meaningful and shareable communication that makes banking, and especially IT solutions in banking, understandable and personal.

**Your Tasks**:

- Being a part of our Content Production team and work together with Brand Management and Communication colleagues, as well as with Erste Digital team - the IT subsidiary of the Erste Group
- Developing communication concepts and strategies for such topics as IT solutions, Data, IT security, banking services etc.
- Writing texts for digital media (intranet, social media) and print (press releases etc.), that make IT and banking topics understandable, personal and impactful
- Creating video, photo and image content together with the video production and visual design team
- Managing daily communications (e.g. intranet news) as well as multichannel campaigns

**Your Background**:

- 3+ years of experience working in communications, an agency or as a journalist
- Education in communication, journalism, social science, IT, or similar
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of CEE-languages is an asset
- Experience of managing communication projects, including collaboration with other departments and external partners
- Basic knowledge of Power Point and/or Keynote
- Ability to think outside the box and to take direction and feedback
- Interest in banking and IT topics
