**Die Position**:
Value & Access spielt eine entscheidende Rolle, wenn es darum geht, dass Patienten Zugang zu den von ihnen benötigten Medikamenten haben. Durch die Navigation durch die komplexe Gesundheitslandschaft, die Sicherstellung der Kostenerstattung und den Nachweis des Werts pharmazeutischer Produkte trägt diese Abteilung zur Verbesserung der Patientenergebnisse und zum Gesamterfolg des Pharmaunternehmens bei.
Das Hauptziel von Value & Access ist es, die Kostenerstattung und eine günstige Preisgestaltung für pharmazeutische Produkte sicherzustellen. Dazu gehört die Durchführung umfassender Bewertungen des Werts und der Kosteneffizienz von Medikamenten sowie die Entwicklung von Strategien, um den klinischen und wirtschaftlichen Nutzen gegenüber Kostenträgern wie Versicherungsgesellschaften, Behörden und Gesundheitsdienstleistern zu belegen.
Die Abteilung arbeitet eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs und Finance in einem globalen Kontext zusammen.
Um mit den Entwicklungen im Gesundheitswesen und auf dem Markt Schritt halten zu können, suchen wir Unterstützung bei der Beobachtung von Veränderungen im österreichischen Marktumfeld, bei internationalen Referenzpreisen und bei der Implementierung digitaler Tools zur Vereinfachung und Sicherung interner Prozesse.
**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:
Ihre Aufgaben sind unter anderem:

- Preiskalkulation unter Berücksichtigung der internationalen Referenzpreise
- Implementierung und Verwaltung von digitalen Tools
- Validierung von internen und externen Preisinformationen
- Market Intelligence: Marktbeobachtung und Stakeholder-Analysen

- Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
