**What you can expect**
As a Specialist for HR Data & Systems you are part of Magna Powertrain’s global Engineering HR Team and you ensure a consistent data base for decision making. The following responsibilities are part of your job:

- You **create company-wide reports** and especially compensation overviews, analysis and recommendations for local actions.
- You support with the **coordination, consolidation, analysis and standardizing of KMI/KPI reporting** related to absenteeism/turnover/HC across functions
- You support with the implementation of the new organization in **Workday**, but also with improving data quality, availably, accuracy and comparability of other HR related systems.
- You seek also for new ways for a **continuous improvement**, especially with a focus on providing data on demand with lowest possible resources.

**What you bring along**
- Economic or technical university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Several years of experience in HR / HR reporting within a global company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS PowerBI etc.)
- Experience with HR (related) tools and IT affinity
- Strong analytical and numeric skills, accuracy, and team spirit as well as openness for innovation
- Strong communication skills in English and German
