**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed business studies
- Min. 3 years work experience in controlling resp. real estate business
- Experience in Project Controlling
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Well-versed with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Team-player with a resilient personality
- Business and sparring partner for all decision-makers
- Very good with numbers and analytical skills

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Integrated commercial management of real estate projects
- Analysis of investment cases
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, business plans and standard reports
- Preparation of analyses and presentations as a base for strategical and operative decisions
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Responsibility for implementation of special projects
- Collaboration in preparation of revenue and sales planning
- Ongoing monitoring and compliance of policies & procedures

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.500 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
