- Du bist der „Single Point of Contact“ für alle Anfragen unserer Kunden und agierst als interne Informationsdrehscheibe im Service.
- Du erfasst Störungsmeldungen sowie Serviceanfragen und unterstützt administrativ und organisatorisch die Kolleg*innen im technischen Support.

**DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN**:

- Für deine Rolle qualifiziert dich eine ausgesprochene Kundenorientierung und du hast Spaß am telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt.
- Du bringst idealerweise eine technische Ausbildung mit - IT Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du arbeitest gern im Team, dabei eigenverantwortlich, kunden
- und lösungsorientiert.
- Als kommunikative/r Teamplayer*in verfügst du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
