**Dein Aufgabengebiet als Senior Project Manager**:

- Eigenverantwortliche** Planung, Abwicklung und Steuerung von ERP-Implementierungs
- und Stammkundenprojekten** (Microsoft Dynamics 365) unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Budget
- und Qualitätsvorgaben
- **Auftragsklärung und Projektkalkulation** in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales-Team, sowie Unterstützung in der Pre-Sales-Phase
- **Koordination des Projektteams** und erste Ansprechperson für sämtliche Stakeholder, sowohl intern als auch bei den Kund:innen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleiter:innen auf Kund:innenseite und Führung sowohl unserer Projektmitarbeiter:innen als auch jener der Kund:innen
- **Aufbereitung von Projektfortschrittsberichten, Budgetentwicklung und Ergebnis-Monitoring** sowie deren Präsentation in Entscheidungsgremien
- **Scope-, Risiko
- und Konfliktmanagement** innerhalb des Projekts

**Was wir von dir erwarten**:

- **Langjährige Projektleitungserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld**, idealerweise im Großkunden
- und Industriebereich
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hohe Lern
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills, Konfliktfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Moderationsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke
- **Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse eines ERP-Systems**, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowhow im Umgang mit **Projektmanagement
- und Softwareentwicklungs-Tools **von Vorteil (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- **Technische
- und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung** (HAK, HTL, FH, Uni)
- Moderate Reisebereitschaft
- **Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**

**Wir sind sicher: Gute Arbeit muss auch gut bezahlt werden**
Abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung bewegt sich das jährliche Gehalt für diese Vollzeitposition üblicherweise zwischen **EUR 65.000;
- und EUR 90.000;
- brutto (Fixum inkl. variabler jährlicher Prämie)**. Deine laufende Aus
- und Weiterbildung wird von uns natürlich gefördert und unterstützt.
