Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel, you will**:

- enhance our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on corporate law, data protection law, compliance and/or employment law
- work closely with legal partners such as lawyers, notaries, tax consultants and support management in legal matters at national and international level
- develop guidelines, concepts, processes, principles and agreements
- offer legal support in M&A processes
- participate in the development and implementation of strategic contract management
- conduct in-house training courses on legal topics and be the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions
- support our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics
**You will enjoy this job if you**:

- have a completed legal degree and already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm
- are experienced in prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment
- ideally have solid knowledge of labor law in one of the countries we’re operating in (Germany, Austria, Romania, Netherlands, Poland)
- have strong negotiation and communication skills, contract development and business law knowledge
- are thinking in a strategic and entrepreneurial way and can familiarize yourself well with technical issues
- have excellent German and business fluent English skills

**For Austria**: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 45.990 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
